She's back for one day...
Did some exercises with her today... not some, its a lot... burn a lot of fats today... usually that amount of energy is enough for me to live for 3 days... We cycled 2 hours...
Long time no cycle... feels like returning to the past. We used to cycle around Taman Bandar Baru...
