My Everyday

It'd been a long time since I last posted about my feelings and opinions..

Woke up erm.. not early but not late either and suddenly this thoughts pass by my mind and I feel like sharing it.. ^.^

I think that most of you are facing stress in life right?

For students, they stressed bout studies and assignments.. 

For universities students, more terror.. got pop quiz and stupid test 1 and test 2.. >.<

(One semester only lasted for 4.5 months and they expect us to swallow in 6 subjects and in between, there are assignments, presentations, quizzes, tests and finals.. Oh.. some have reports weekly.)

For those who are working.. they worried about money and their undone work..

Sigh.. who invented stress?

I do have stress. 

Yesterday, my beautiful lecturer told me that there are 6 weeks of lectures left and she still got 3 chapters haven covered, and 2 tests, and 1 quiz. WTF. 

One week we only got 3 hours..

3 x 6 = 18 hours.. How to do so much? And I still have other subjects!!

At that moment.. stress stuffed up my mind.

I start panicking and worrying.

But it didn last long. Went home quickly studied my notes.. and after eating my lunch, all stress gone. ^.^

People around me are stressing themselves everyday.

I know they didnt want it, but they cant help it.

I dare say that lived my life to the fullest everyday.

They are interesting things happening to me everyday.

Some are bad, some funny, some amusing.. and that makes my day.

*Simple things are the best, because they can bring the purest laughter out of our soul*

I have lots to be worried about, but I can easily distract myself. 

I know I have lots of undone work, unrevised notes, incomplete assignments, but I still can live happily.

I studied when I want to. I watch drama or anime when I liked. I talk and talk and talk. I eat and sleep whenever I can. I think of my loved ones and happy things.

These things make stress dare not to come near me. ^.^

Eat and sleep can also prevent stress or shoo them away!

Be contented while aiming for the better ones.

I want to score higher, but I'm happy with what I have.

I'll do better if I can, but if there's no improvement after I've tried, means I'm not qualified yet..

Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone.

Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come.

Live in the present, and make it so beautiful, that it will be worth remembering.

Penang One Day Trip

We went to Penang just to eat Tao's eat all u can buffet.. hahaha

My 21st Birthday

Birthday Eve

Went to yum cha at Blue Sky Bistro (dunno whether the name is correct XD)..

Then we went to poooooling~~~ lalala..

*Chun Chun called me and wish me Happy Birthday~~~

After pooling, we send Fei home.. Stickkie brought me to his home to eat cake, he said his house got cake..

When I reach his house, he gave me my present to went to the kitchen to take out the cake..

Then, I heard noises outside and Yi Tong, Sek Yen, Fei, Hwa and Mok turned up.. O.O

And sang a funeral march toned "Happy Birthday" song.. XPXPXPXP

Stickkie came out with a Secret Recipe chocolate banana cake... yummies maksimum!!

Birthdays @ Housemates

Jit Foon's birthday is coming soon and all of us are excited and keep on planning how to celebrate for her..

The very first proposal is from Yen Li: celebrate at Kuantan..

But we cancelled the Kuantan trip and thus, we decided to celebrate her birthday at Yes Corner (Japanese restaurant).

We ady planned the whole thing.. who buy cake and how to deliver the cake to the restaurant without her noticing and who fetch her to the restaurant and everything..

The make many safety precautions..

5 of them went to town and bought the cake, and when they reach home, there are not allowed to come in.. *Reason: dont want to attract any attentions from upstairs (People upstairs will look down from the balcony whenever out house's gate opened)*

They put the cake at next door's fridge >.<

I am in the same car with Jit Foon.. and I didn't take part in the safety precautions procedure and I'm not trained to keep it secret and so, I am so blurred that I ask "Who is taking the cake" in the car and Chia Yin and Yen Li quickly cover up for me =_=..

Luckily Jit Foon didnt notice anything.. >.<

And when the food are finished.. they go prepare the cake..

Meeting My Mentor

Did your University practise this Mentor-Mentee tradition, where in our first year, we will be divided in to groups and taken by a lecturer or prof as mentee. They will be our mentor.

They will play a role as our mother/father in university.. They will be concern about our studies and results and we can meet them anytime when we need help.

I have a great mentor (Dr. M). To me, his M means motivation. Every time after meeting him, I will be refill all my determination and get so super motivated XD.

The first time when I met him (in a group, not me alone), he hold a box of paper clips and ask us what is the weight of that little box.

We all guessed and finally he answered, "It is not the weight of the box that matter, it is about how long you hold it. If it's 5kg and you just hold it for 5ses, it wont be a big deal, but if it's 500g but you need to hold it for an hour, now which is more tiring?"

The moral of the story is, dont hold on the problem yourself, we can always share it with someone and every problem have a solution.

Today, our course have the mentor-mentee session again and I'm so excited to meet my mentor again.. XD

First, he ask about our studies and the problems we are facing, is there anything we cant catch up(he says he can meet our lecturer and help us solve the problem) or how is our results last semester..

Some of his meaningful phrases today.. XD I wanna blog about it because I'm afraid that I might forget it.

~*~The most important part in our university life is not the graduation, it the the journey to graduation. Everyone can graduate, but not all of us can fully mastered everything we learned or gained knowledge by our graduation time. 

As long we have tried our best, there is nothing to be regret or sad about.

The most pity things that happened is, one never put a single effort but he gets good result by luck. He may score but that's the only time he can do so. 

~*~ Dont cry because of the sun set, because when the tears cover your eyes and you may not see how beautiful the shining stars was. 

He says, dont simply make decisions because of our emotions, because we may end up missing something better. We still have a long way to go, why so bothered bout the mistakes now? We can always look forward and hope for better.

Let bygone be bygone.

~*~When we are doing group work, dont fussed because that we did more, and never ever go to your lecturers or our boss (when we are working) and complain that we are the only one working. This will just make the others think that we are making up problems. 

And besides that, this can let the others understand how weak is our teamwork and how bad is our co-operating skills. 

People will think that we are not able to be a leader or making the others to listen, to work for us.

No company will want to hire a person that can only work by himself and no one will hire someone who failed to get people's support and recognition. They need people who can communicate and socialise. This is for the benefit of the company.

People will know who have done the most when the time comes.

And one more important advice, "Dont skip meals because we can lowered our productivity when there is not enough glucose supply in our bloodstream".

My Pet Hippopotamus

Some people are annoying to me and I'm sure I'm more upsetting for some people.

My class, with only 70+ people, I can still find a few SUPERs there..

Some are arrogant, some are question-makers, some problem-makers, some aliens (doesnt like to be with the humans one), loads of noise-makers (I am in this group) and some super silencer..

The most major irritating disgusting one is the hippopotamus. 

Duh.. think of this person makes me feel sick, listen to her voice makes me angry. 

As soon as she opens her smelly stinky pipe-like mouth, I will get ignited.

Everything or anything that come out from her mouth is like shit to me. 

 

 Why I called this annoying brat Hippo?

Ans: They got one similarity.. 

YES. I am exaggerating and yes, I hate her and I talk bad about her. I criticise everything she did.

Really cannot stand her "super like to show off" attitude. And her transformation to a dictionary. Duh.

She always thought that she is Google or Wikipedia. She knew everything, and everything is her business.

This kind of person is annoying to the max.

That day in class, we're talking about Bill Gates and my lecturer asked where did he dropped out from and I said Harvard (read it from his Biography in amazon and wikipedia). 

Hippo straight says NO, it's MIT la. It's not Harvard la..

In my opinion: WTF. You wrote wikipedia one leh, like this u oso forget ar? If u dunno then glued up ur stinky drainage la. Dun vomit shit here.

The Hippo is this photo is 100000xxxxx better than the Hippo I'm mentioning.

And her superb English accent.W.O.W.  

Shouldnt you be proud of being Malaysians and speaks Malay? Patriotic wad..

I will never ever forget what she said when I delivered my Public Speaking Persuasive speech..

This damn stupid hippo says "Oh?! Jus now you're giving a persuasive speech ar? I thought it's informative la.. Doesnt seems persuading people oso.."

Mid-Autumn Festival in Kuala Terengganu

Second year celebrating Mooncake Festival at K.T.

Personally, I dont like this festival much..

People from the past says that this is a festival where everyone can gather together.. something like re-union.

But to me, it's a day which reminds me of something scary.

Something that I never want to face again, or I can say, I can never face again.

That memory is still so fresh in my mind, stabbing me every time I thought of it.

Okay, done with those reminiscence..

Back to the *celebration*.

My seniors arranged tonight (the mooncake festival nite) to have a gathering with the new juniors..

For Chinese En. Techs ^.^

First time meeting the juniors... we ate dinner together and then we went to ChinaTown.

Every year, Chinatown will organise a grand celebration.. I missed it last year.. stayed at hostel only.. =(

House Cleaning

In UMT, hostel is only for first years.. from second years onwards, you either need to be active in co-curricular activities or excel in studies to apply hostel..

And so, me, this kind of lazy bum sure not eligible.. and so, I move out.

In my first year I am already very active in looking for houses and so, I got one, from my seniors..

It is already very messy and after 4 months of holidays, it turns into a jungle... Please view the evidence~
